These terms govern your use of shortlineav.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Shortline AV is a brand of Short Family Farms, located in Morristown, Arizona.

Ordering:
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Made-to-order production:
Items are produced after you order. See our Shipping Policy for handling times.
Items custom modified at your request are not returnable. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Pricing:
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
Prices may change without notice, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the wrong price.

Payment:
Payment is processed by Woo Payments/Stripe at the time you place the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Product descriptions and fit:
We describe compatibility as accurately as we can and list the specific devices each product is designed for.
Manufacturers sometimes change device dimensions between production runs without changing the model’s name. If a product doesn’t fit the device it’s listed for, tell us — it’s covered by our returns policy, and we want to know so we can correct the listing.

Product photographs are representative. Color may vary slightly between production batches.

Intended use:
Our hardware is for mounting and organizing audio and video equipment. It’s your responsibility to confirm a mounting surface and fasteners are appropriate for the weight and location involved.

Do not use our products for overhead rigging, suspending equipment above people, load-bearing structural applications, or life-safety applications. They are not designed, rated, or certified for those uses.

Intellectual property:
All content on this site — designs, photographs, text, logos, and product models — belongs to Short Family Farms and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to manufacture copies without written permission.
The names of devices our products are compatible with belong to their respective manufacturers. We reference them for compatibility only. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those manufacturers.

Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to equipment mounted on our hardware, loss of use, or lost revenue.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Warranty:
Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. If a product fails within that period under normal use, we’ll replace it or refund it.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, overloading, or normal wear.
Except as stated here, products are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

Your conduct:
Don’t use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that burdens our servers.

Third-party links:
We may link to other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms:
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that govern it.

Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
